If you have any of the Disney aloha shirts, the sizing is almost identical.

They are 95% polyester 5% spandex and have a nice little stretch as well as cooling effect. They feel lightweight and nice to wear in a hot day.

I’m 6’ 2” 200 pounds and I wear a medium but could easily wear a Large for more room.

They’re super soft, lightweight and no sign of fading after 3 years of washing and wearing. Check second photo for sizing.
